Adult classes are offered from 9:45-10:45 am, between the worship services.
Fresh Start – (Room 203) Dedicated to studying God’s word and its application to our daily lives in a positive, family-oriented environment. This active group participates enthusiastically in all ministries and programs of FUMC and also builds lasting Christian friendships through social activities and spiritual support. Friendship – (Chapel off of Family Life Center Gym) A group of fun-loving people, age 50 and up. Our group studies the Adult Bible Studies literature. We are made up of singles and married couples. Come join our Christian journey. Reta Ray, Teacher.
New Genesis – (Room 202) A diverse, fun and exciting group of singles and couples of all ages eager to study God’s word so that we can grow our relationship with Him and each other. We have an ongoing study of the books of the Bible intermixed with studies for personal growth with our relationship with God. Larry Lewis & Mike Springer, Teachers.
Harmony – (Room 106) Friendly adult class, some couples, some not, some retired, some not. Study of the Adult Bible Studies with lecture and good discussion. We eat out at lunch after Sunday School about once a month. O.D. & Norma Lively, Teachers.
Together – (Room 206) Fun and caring class, most members age 50 and up. We do Bible study each Sunday. We also fellowship together in members homes, eat out together, and attend community functions such as musicals and plays. Bob Menton, Teacher.
Synergy – (Room 208) Enthusiastic, but non-traditional seekers who challenge each other through a variety of study topics to grow in Christian love. Janna Hamm, Mike McGehee, & Rita Young, Teachers.
Rooted- (Room 200) This group of families with younger children is new and learning to raise our families together in Christ. We have regular social events for the entire family and have even been known to have a kid or two in class (we know going to the nursery is sometimes hard). This group also includes several younger singles, too. Fred Mata, Teacher.
